Application
This is where your collection of Drifts is stored. Any Drifts that are stored here can only be accessible by users that are defined in the User Control Access.
Creating applications allow you to create drifts and control who have access to said drifts, as well as which channels/bots can trigger them. There are 2 types of Applications, Normal Applications and Default Applications, and the only difference between the two is their Drift's Trigger types. Normal Applications are triggered using Command Triggers (with "/") and Default Drifts does not need Command Triggers (more information in Default Application)
Normal Applications
- To create an application, simply click on the "Create App" button that is outlined by dashed lines.
- Fill in the name of the application, e.g. "Customer Servicing App", and its description, e.g. "Application for customers to use when contacting John's Shop".
- Set the toggle for your Application on Normal Application.
- Click on create and voila, congratulations on creating your first Application.
Default Applications
- To create an application, simply click on the "Create App" button that is outlined by dashed lines.
- Fill in the name of the application, e.g. "Default Shop App", and its description, e.g. "Default Application for John's Shop".
- Set the toggle for your Application on Default Application.
- Click on create and voila, congratulations on creating your first Default Application.
Edit Application Information
You are able to edit the Application's name and description if you would like to change it. Simply press the "Edit" button to change the details
Activate/Deactivate Application
Activation and Deactivation of Applications is another layer of access control that is provided. Assuming you would like to put a pause to your Application and the Drifts within it without deleting it, you can deactivate it for as long as you need.
- Head inside the Application you would like to Deactivate.
- On the top right corner, there is a toggle with a text "Active".
- Click on the toggle to Deactivate the Application.
- Any Drifts within this Application will not be able to run for as long as the Application remains Deactivated.
Delete Application
Deleting an Application means deleting the entire collection of Drifts that are stored inside that application
This action is IRREVERSIBLE. Make sure you are confident you want to delete the application before proceeding.
- Head to the main Application Manager page, and right click on the application you wish to delete.
- An option to delete the application will pop out.
- Click on it and a warning will appear before you can delete it. Once confident, press the "Delete" button and your application, along with the drifts inside it will be deleted.
- You can also delete the Application from inside of the Application by pressing the 3 dotted button on the top right side, next to the Activate/Deactivate toggle.
User Control Access
This module controls who can access the drifts in your Application. Access Control are limited to User Groups (more information in User Management). Simply add the User Group that you would like to give access to your Application and the users within the group will now be allowed to trigger the Drifts in that Application.

Channel Access
This module controls which Channel will be able to trigger the Drifts in your Application. The Channels that are added to your Tenant account will be visible in the dropdown menu, and once you select a Channel, user will be able to use that Channel to trigger Drifts within the Application. Channels that are not added will not be able to trigger those Drifts.
